Ingredients

1 bowlwheat flour dough
3boiled potatoes
1green chilli
to tastesalt
1 tspsaunf / fennel seeds
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspkasuri methi
1 tspfinely chopped green coriander
as required oil for fry

Steps

1

Put mashed potato in a mixing bowl,add spices and mix it well.

Make balls with the dough,make the puri fill this aloo mixture bind and roll it again.

Add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy.

Serve with aloo sabji and tadka raita
