  • Oil
  • Lipton,ginger,star anise,cardamon,sugar,coffee,kurinjal,cinnoman

Steps

  1. 1

    In pot add pinch of oil,chop onions,bay leaves and greated pp shallow fry and pour in water when it boil add in chicken,spices and seasonings. Stir throughly and allow to cook.

  2. 2

    Pour water in a pot and lipton and the rest cover and allow to boil and boil again

  3. 3

    Served hot
