I'm not quite sure what you mean but the calcium is in the egg shells. In order to get calcium you have to follow the instructions in the recipe and when you are done with making it. Take 1 teaspoon once a day or 1/2 teaspoon twice a day mixed in a smoothie or food.

If you don't want to make it get some calcium supplements from the store thats ready available to take
