I had something similar to this as a child. I liked it because it didn't have any eggs in it. So I want to make it again, but I have a question about your directions. Are you supposed to cook the chicken and onions and pineapples in a separate pot from the rice spring onions and cashews? In your directions it sounded like everything was supposed to be done in one pot, and then you said add the rice into the pineapples and ready to eat. I want to do it right and not screw it up. LOL
