Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2tsb sugar
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Bring all your ingredients together

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, salt and water in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add flour and beat well

  4. 4

    Add the egg and mix evenly till you get a runny consistency. NB not so runny it should stick at the back of the spoon

  5. 5

    Heat the pan and pour the batter in bits or depending on the size of the pancake you want.. Spread well.

    Let it brown on both sides. Make sure to use low medium heat.

  7. 7

    Spread oil and let it cook. Do the same to the other side.

  8. 8

    Remove from the heat. Pat dry to drain excess oil and serve when hot with masala tea. Tip 👀.. You can spread jam sauce to make it more savory.
