  1. 250 gwheat flour
  2. 200 gbuttermilk
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 10 gFresh yeast
  5. 2 tbspsunflower seeds

    Put flour in a mixing bowl and add salt. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk, add to the flour and combine well to obtain a rough dough.

    Knead until smooth and elastic. Allow to rise until the dough volume has doubled.

    Again Knead the dough well on a floured work surface, divide into 4 equal pieces and make ball from each pieces.

    Place on a baking tray, Apply buttermilk with brush and sprinkle sunflower seeds. Let it for another 10 minutes.

    Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Brush immediately with cold water and cover for 10 minutes now leave to cool.Now is ready.
