Nice NOLA olive salad spread with the added touch of goat cheese! I wonder how this would work (goat cheese) within a muffalata as well, going untraditional a bit?

Oh I bet that would be great! Its funny you say that because I've been craving a NOLA muffalata for weeks! I miss home.

Oh and goat cheese goes great with beef. Last night, I made skirt steak sliders with the goat cheese and horseradish mustard, it was delicious.
