Wash chicken and put it in the pressure cooker directly (no flames). Add all the ingredients expect coconut milk and oil... Mix it well and close the lid and keep it for 30mins for marinating.

After 30mins add coconut milk (coconut milk helps to remove heat from chicken) in it and mix it once.. Don't add water.. Chicken will release water thats enough for it to cook... Close the cooker and keep it on high flame for 15 mins or 2 whistles... Switch off the flame and let it cool to touchable heat.

Coat the grill pan with oil and place the chicken on it... 5 mins each side.. Grill mark should appear on it or untill the skin turns brown.. Remove it from grll pan and let it cool for few minutes before serving.. (oil inside the chicken will burn your tongue if eaten hot).. Yummy! Juicy! Grill chicken is ready...
