  1. 2small cucumbers,
  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. Handfulfresh parsley
  4. Thumb sized fresh ginger
  5. 2lemon

    Wash the cucumbers and cut into cubes. Peel the ginger and add. Add the parsley, sugar and some water. Blend till smooth.

    Sieve and squeeze in the lemon juice. Pour in glasses and enjoy.
