Add in your carrot fry for 5minutes,add your spices and finally the cabbage.Cover and leave the cabbage to become translucent do not over cook

Cut your cabbage, peel and cut your carrots to desired shape

Heat and oil with onion in a medium heat until translucent add in your grated scotch bonnet with garlic and fry.

When done,serve with rice,spaghetti or cous cous
