all the bones you have - beef, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, etc • butts of onions, celery, broccoli, carrot, beets, shallots, etc • thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, etc. (fresh or dry) • pinch+ of whole peppercorns • lotsa water!
cream cheese, softened • egg, beaten • mayonnaise • freshly ground black pepper • crushed red chili flakes (optional, to taste) • each of dried parsley and basil, crumbled • chubby clove of garlic, pressed or finely minced • crab or shrimp OR fake crab (my personal preference 😉) • Roma or 6 grape tomatoes, seeded and diced • (ish) black or green olives • cremini or white mushrooms, depending on size • oil of some sort, for coating (optional)
