Am a full-time Baker with several years of baking experience. I love sugar and so, my cakes are bound to be very sugary but that's how they should be!
Other than baking I have an undergraduate degree in clothing technology and so if am not working around ovens and mixers, you'll find me dying fabrics and stitching garments.
