Had a bunch of imitation crabmeat leftover & was looking to try something simple. There wasn't much left so sorry about the crappy picture. We actually tried 4 different hot sauces to see which one we liked best. I tried Louisiana hot sauce, Frank's Red Hot sauce, Tapatio & Valentina. Shockingly, Valentina was the hands down winner (I don't even like that got sauce, but it was great in this). You could've used any one & this would've tasted yummy though. Next time I'll add a lil scallion. It was 👍🏼👍🏼 in my house.
