
My mother started my culinary education from infancy and I've traveled extensively, building my food knowledge at every opportunity. After retiring from I.T. I worked as cook and chef in several restaurants and my appetite both literally and figuratively shows no sign of diminishing 😁.
I'm completely omnivorous, I have no allergies or intolerances (diagnosed or imaginary) and eat pretty much everything except snails, chicken's feet and jellyfish - I've tried them and I just don't get them. Otherwise, everything is fair game in my kitchen!
