    Mustard Pickles / Piccalilli

    kilo vegies (your choice but I use): • cauliflower • red and 1 green small pepper/capsicum • zucchini and or cucumber • celery • onion • mustard powder • curry • tumeric • chili (I put a pinch of flakes but put more or leave out) • salt and pepper • water (to soak overnight) •

    Sambal (Indonesian chilli sauce...extended)

    prepared sambal • Vegetable oil to your own liking. If your sambal is already oily enough for you, dont add any. • red peppers/capsicums - grilled and skins off. In Australia peppers are called 'capsicums'. Capsicum is the ingredient that makes peppers hot.

    onion • cabbage (small) • capsicum • turnips with greens • carrots • small bag mushrooms • bok choy • squash/zucchini • chopped parsley • chicken stock (or any liquid you like) • chili powder • curry powder
