I liked this! I used jumbo biscuits and cut them in half. They cooked fast the first time before I could get the sausage in. The next time I added the cook sausage at the same time as the egg and baked for 15 mins. Perfect! I can easily see how a few adjustments in ingredients could make great pizza snacks.
