When adding the sugar, it appeared as though the amount called for was too much for 3 cups of nuts, so I doubled the nuts used. I used almonds and cashews. I also foubled the water at the end to compensate gor the extra nuts, as well as an extra egg yolk and vanilla (in a separate bowl) before adding to the rest of the nuts and sugars. Very good!
