
Been cooking since I was eight years old. First for my brother and sister. Then when old enough to work outside the home in small restaurants and cafes. I'm a prize winning chilli cook and, I like to think, fairly inventive in the kitchen. I'm also active on the FIDO Cooking Echo, my only form of "social media" outside of a couple of mailing lists.
Currently looking forward to my 80th natal anniversary. And hoping for many more.
