Doubled the recipe for indulging later! Following the recipe, it came out a little soupy and not quite ready to eat, so I topped it with cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips for aesthetics and placed it in the freezer for two hours , folded once after an hour, came back and it was ready to serve! 🤤

French toast casserole ready to go in the oven! I skipped the jam and used stevia and regular cream cheese to allow guests to add their own choice of fresh fruits, jams or syrup! This dish came out fabulous!
