Just made this to take to my in-laws for Christmas. Looks and smells AMAZING! I used more shredded cheddar and colby than the recipe called for, and added half of a small stick of velveeta to the sauce. Also, I added buttered Italian bread crumbs to the top before baking. Yum! B-)Update: This dish was a hit. I didn't think it would be dry but it actually did get a little dry. I think next time I'll use the whole small stick of Velveeta and maybe a tad more milk. All in all, it's a keeper!
