Well I'm a 30 year old Irish dude (if you couldn't tell lol), I have a strong passion for cooking. I volunteer at a Children's Hospital and teach a "Flavors around the world" class which is basically teaching these amazing kids how to cook and the diversity of flavors in the world every Sunday evening. I have been cooking ever since I think I could lift a skillet lol. Its not only relaxing but you're now creating art in the for of sight and taste, let yourself shine on a plate and let the world see who you are.
