These are ok. Can't really taste the cinnamon or nutmeg & I added a lot more raisins. Definitely put paper underneath, I didn't & they stuck pretty good even with buttering the sheet.
This is a very good dish! Easy & quick to make. Some didnt like the tortillas getting a little soggy but theres so much going on flavor wise I didnt really mind.The only change I'll make next time is to add half the amount of chili powder, little over powering for my taste & more cheese for on top :-) (tu)
