Made the couscous patties finally. I put in mozzarella and cheddar in it. My mistake is there's no enough salt so nearly bland. Manage to fix it by adding drizzles of olive oil + salt.

Tadaa! I like this recipe because we can just chuck everything we have into the tray and bake it all up. 👍👍👍Easy and superb! This is baby shark with carrots, potatoes, green chilli, garlic, onions, tomatoes, rosemary (of course!), white beans, butter cubes, and green lime. I also added black soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper sauce, pomegranate sauce, apple cider vinegar.
