These are so good. I omitted the carrot and added red pepper instead as this is what I had on hand.
My family always loves this meal.
Just put it in the crockpot. We live in Florida, so it is way too hot to use the oven in the evenings to cook. I have been trying new recipes for the crockpot that will still satisfy the kids and husband. Despite the heat, we still need to eat a decent meal. Hopefully it turns out yummy. I have green beans cooking in another crockpot too.
