
I'm am avid cook and often cook straight from the cuff so to speak. I enjoy reading recipes and reviews, then taking that knowledge and making my own. I've been known to combine recipes to make them as I envision them turning out. My husband is a rather finicky eater so I've had to learn to use cauliflower instead of broccoli, Hungarian peppers in place of green peppers. Some of my favorite recipes have been changed to suit his palate. One thing I'd really like to do is learn a really easy foolproof pie crust!! Mine turn out like cement!
