I didn't use enough gnocchi so I should have backed off the ricotta, but it still turned out well. Easy lasagna alternative, even without fresh parsley!

Forgot to sprinkle with powdered sugar, but it didn't take away from this super easy, delicious recipe! I used half apricot and half strawberry, but the apricot came out better. I also used almonds and it was great!

Very simple and the smokey sausage flavor works well with the cajun seasoning. I traded out some of the cream for whole milk, and topped with the cheese instead of stirring in. Also used whatever pasta was on hand. Thanks for the idea!
