The only thing I did different is I sautéed some fresh mushrooms to add to it. Everyone loved it! I will definitely fix it again.

Had Parmesan cheese cauliflower as a side. And added Italian seasonings to the chicken. Turned out fabulous!

Nice little change for dinner

I added some sautéed onion and jalapeño, other than that I followed the recipe. Absolutely loved it! Will definitely fix this again.

I added 2 sliced garlic cloves, and used a jalapeño sausage that I had. It turned out FABULOUS!

We get a hog butchered every other year so had a smoked ham roast that we wanted to try differently. Saw this recipe and had to try it! Turned out great, we had cheesy spaghetti corn casserole with it!! There’s no left overs...

Gathering of friends that will be going to Costa Rica for a week together, how could you go wrong with these ingredients!?! Super easy and tastes fabulous!
