I am a working mum of 2 boys, aged 3 and 5. I enjoy baking cakes and cookies a lot with my kids. Their favorite are the chocolate chip cookies! It's my boys enthusiasm when they see the finished cakes & cookies that is encouraging me to bake more and more....
I mainly taught myself to cook, with the help of my mum and mother in law of course :-) I also love watching Fatafeat and the food network for new recipes and methods of cooking. Eventhough I have never been an expert in the kitchen, I think I am fast becoming one :-) It's a real joy when your loved ones start enjoying what you are cooking for them....!
