Chicken breast - 1 per person being served (you can also use skinless chicken thighs) • large onion very finely chopped • red pepper / capsicum finely chopped • mushrooms sliced - not essential • garlic crushed and finely chopped • chicken stock cube - any brand will work • Freshly ground pepper to taste - would not suggest using white ground pepper • dried mixed herbs • Small tub of double cream (although Crème Fraiche may also work but hasn't been tried and tested) • of a bottle of white wine - would suggest Chardonnay or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc • of a teaspoon of sugar • New baby potatoes or long grain rice - enough for the number of people that you are serving •
