I am foodie at heart and love to explore different cuisines. I love both traditional and modern cooking methods, but I do not like sweets and hence I have never adapted to cooking sweets. I am a creative cook and I try to mix flavours and make something that has my own touch. I am a working professional and a researcher as well, hence sometimes it becomes hard for me to get to the kitchen and make something different. I try to make the best of what I get.
