It’s very simple to make it. At first you mix chopped pork with 1 shallot, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 carrot then mix well together, add some salt and pepper for garnishing. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Next you put 1 layer of sliced tomato + 1 layer of meat and repeat until finish all ingredients. Covered with compte cheese, some dry thyme leaves and dry rosemary leaves. Put into the oven for 20 - 30 mins until it getting lbrown a little 🤩👍🏻 enjoy my dear
