Yay! Actually in Japan, it's not uncommon to marinate meat with apple (especially when we make steak, I think), so maybe it's the same in Korea? Or maybe it's because Japanese people tried to remake a Korean dish 😅 It's scientifically proven that vinegar in apple will make the meat softer!
