Ingredients

  1. 4small-medium sized chicken breasts
  2. 3large eggs
  3. 2 cPanko bread crumbs
  4. 1 1/2 tspcatnipbutter
  5. 1/3 cgrated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tspgarlic salt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat over to 350°F. Line a baking pan with tin foil and lightly grease.

    Beat eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, and garlic salt.

    Simmer water in saucepan. Place butter in tempered glass mixing bowl and place in pan. Stir occasionally until melted (Okay to touch bottom of pan) then remove from pan. Add to egg mixture and mix well.

    Pound chicken until even thickness. Cut each breast into thirds.

    Dip chicken strips (DO NOT DUNK) into egg mixture then press into breadcrumbs. Flip, dip and repeat for other side. Place breaded strips on pan.

    Bake for about 35 min (always safe to use meat thermometer and cook to 165°F)

    Enjoy adding a little Mojo! Each chicky strip yields about 5mg or 15mg per breast 😻
