Perfect for the desert table, in a jar as a gift or to enjoy anytime!Chocolate was not always in store and easily found, second best was to make it at home. I am a cheapskate and to make good of my funds I always look behind the store salads to see what is in them and just go home to attempt them. Instead of having them at one go I normally have them more than once. And since I love freahly prepared food I find microwave more faster to make this and less messy. And it's a super food and very light and I would recommend it if one's on a diet. #microwavechallenge

Di Pain Frire (Mauritian Fried Bread)
My used to make this for us in SA and in all fairness the baguette this side just doesn’t do any justice to the ones made in Mauritius. With that being said my mom would use white sliced bread and I was always bounding around her legs waiting for these to be ready 😋.

Chicken and Beef Skewers
#mycookbookAs we experience hot weather in UK, I try to stay away from the kitchen. Had to grill on the bbq whilst downing a fresh summer drink.Note, if grilling on bbq, soak wooden chicken skewers in water prior to threading and they will not burn.
