Tell your son he has great taste and while I’m visiting my fam in US I will make this for them since the beef in Nigeria is soooo tough no matter what you do to it lol. We used to eat this amazing beef stew growing up which could be similar to your beautiful dish 🤩 thank you darling for this recipe ❤️❤️❤️🥰 I forgot to add I love beef stew as it comforts my soul lol and your son being a carnivore is hillarious 🤣
