Bhaia i had a question in mind. Since salmon is very very expensive in Bangladesh can we use basa or dory instead of salmon?

Hi Syma, it should be ok. Since those fish are a bit softer and flakes easily, you probably have to use egg/flour/breadcrumbs to bind it. Any fleshy and doesnt flake easily fish would do it.
