My whole family enjoyed this, I put a can of chilli in the greased dish first, then the enchiladas. Finally I used another can of chilli across the middle with a layer of cheese on top of that .

It was hugely delish Brian..give it a whirl..nice change. Enchilladas are pretty diverse, I've switched them around with chicken fillings etc...yumm ;-)
