I made Dahi Bhalla/Vada! Dahi Bhalla are great for Holi & summers when it is so hot because of the cooling curds!

I didn't use green chutney and tomato sauce, as we like it just with sweet & sour... dates, tamarind and jaggery chutney & some red chilli powder sprinkled on the top!
