Soak pulses in water for 5 to 6 hours

Drain water from pulses and grind it in the mixer grinder with little water make fine and thick paste or batter,You can use wet grinder

Put in a big vessels, add salt and cumin whole, mix well till it fluffy

Heat oil in pan, take a ball size batter and hole from middle put it into oil, fry till golden brown

Then put this vada in cold water for 10 mins. After 10 mins squeeze excess water

Serve into different plates, keep 3 vada add beaten curd, Red chilli powder, chaat masala, green chutney, tomato sause,Tamarind chutney, sev and roasted cumin powder

Now ready to serve
