Coconut Chia Pudding 🥥🥥(Puding Kelapa Chia Seeds)

Dari dulu saya suka everything from coconut 🌴🥥
Masakan, dessert, kue, drink etc.
Chia seeds it’s something new, sampe kira2 4 thn yg lalu saya mulai sensitivities with some foods ( cheese, gorengan, gluten, bad fats ) akhirnya saya mulai coba2 new resep & listen to my body reaksinya gimana. Since then I’m big fans chia seeds! Bisa di buat jam/selai dgn berries, smoothies, baking, pudding.
Buatnya jg mudah banget. Bisa di ganti dgn almond or cashew milk. Tapi saya paling demen dgn coconut milk! 🥥🥥🥥

Cara Membuat

Campurkan di botol/mangkok besar santan (or other dairy-free milk), biji chia, maple syrup/honey & Vanilla extract. Aduk sampai merasa.

Tutup rapat & simpan di kulkas overnight (paling tidak 6 jam). Puding jadinya kental padat & creamy, kalau kurang padat/kental bisa di tambah lagi biji chia, aduk rata & masukkan lagi di kulkas selama 1 jam. Biasanya sih saya gak ada masalah 👌🏻

Enjoy dgn bahan tambahan sesuai selera. Bisa di simpan di kulkas selama 5 hari. But honestly, in my house it will be gone in the same day! 😁
