At first seni boil the potatoes. Now allow them to cool. In a wok add oil. Heat it up. Now deep fry the potatoes on a low flame till they becomes crisp.

Make a paste of tomato and onion. Now in a another wok add 2tbsp oil. Heat it up. Now add cumin seeds. Now add the paste and stir fry it. Now add malai to it and stir fry it. Add all the spices. Stir fry them till they leave oil.

Now add a bit of water and potatoes. Mix them well.

Now cook them for 2-4 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Serve with crispy chapati.
