સૌપ્રથમ ચણાના લોટને ચાળી લેવું અને તેમાં મીઠું નાખી દેવો

ત્યારબાદ તેમાં લીલી મેથી ની ભાજી ધોઈ લો અને ચણાના લોટમાં મેથીની ભાજી નાખી દો અને ત્યારબાદ તેમાં આદું અને લીલા મરચા ની કટકી નાખી દો અને મિશ્રણને એકદમ ઘટ્ટ કરી નાખો

હવે તેમાં સાજીના ફૂલ ઉમેરો અને તેલમાં ગરમ ભજીયાની જેમ પાડો

ભજીયા ને એકદમ ગરમ તેલમાં સરસ ચડવો અને તેને ચટણી સાથે આ પીરસો
