Pandan chiffon (no santan)
Cara Membuat

Lightly whisk egg yolks with sugar only till combined

Add in water and oil, mixed well

Add in flour, stir and fold till well combined
- 4
Whisk egg whits till foamy, add in sugar and continue to beat till soft peak formed
- 5
Take 1/3 meringue, and use hand whisk mix well with egg yolk batter

Fold in 2/3 of meringue use a spatula, till combined
- 7
Pour in chiffon tins, bake at preheated oven at 160c for 40-45 mins
- 8
Once baked, turn chiffon tin upside down and cool completely before remove from the tin
