જાડા તળિયા વડી કડાઈ લો તેમાં ઘી મૂકી 2ય લોટ મિક્સ કરી બરોબર સેકી લો.બદામી કલર થાય ત્યાં સુધી સેકી લો.

પછી ગેસ બંધ કરી ગોળ નાખી બરોબર મિક્સ કરી થાળી માં ઢાળી અને નાના પીસ કરી ઉપર થી ડ્રાય ફ્રૂટ્સ નાખી સર્વ કરો.
