સૌ પ્રથમ ઘઉં ના કરકરા લોટ માં મુઠીયા માટે નવશેકું તેલ ચાર ચમચા નાખી મિક્સ કરી જોઈતું પાણી લઈ કઠણ મુઠીયા વાળી ધીમા તાપે ગુલાબી રંગ ના તળી લો.

હવે કઢાઈ માં ઘી મૂકી ગરમ થાય એટલે ગોળ એડ કરી પાય કરો આકરી કરવા ની નથી ગોળ ઓગળી જાય એટલે ઉતારી ચુરમુ મિક્સ કરી લો અને ડ્રાય ફ્રુટ નાખી લાડવા વાળી ને ખસ ખસ લગાવી સર્વ કરો.
