So, I am new to fish. I never have cared much for it. Salmon is one that my husband and I like and we like trying new ways to season it for grilling. We liked this, however found it a bit salty. I even halved the amount of salt. We will definitely try this again but next time I will leave out salt altogether and add a little brown sugar to enhance the brown sugar bourbon spice used. Thank you for sharing this!

Loved, loved, loved this!!! A few alterations. I used tuna in water and added a bit of mayo. All other ingredients were the same. And we ate it cold. SO delicious!!! A keeper in this house! Thank you for sharing!

Wow! Awesome recipe!!! Thank you for sharing. I used original Franks Red Hot sauce because it's our favorite. And not that it really matters, but RC cola. Yum, yum!

This is something similar to something I already make. I like the addition of red bell pepper and Worcestershire sauce. I did not use that in mine before. Added good flavor. Something I use in mine is chopped banana peppers and some of their vinegary juice. Adds yummy flavor. Add it all up and...BAM! Super yummy! :positive
