@cook_115985790 some are mine some I learn when I work in the restaurants other are from my relatives wif8,sisters, mother.. Most of them I modified and make my own version because in the restaurant we cook for the crowds it's different wen you have to cook for 2 or 3 persons!

@cook_115985790 OK. start with your own dishes the ones that all your friends and relatives know you can start by doing catering at family and friends parties once they know you you can open a restaurant and add more dishes as you go and be prepared to work hard 24/7.

@cook_116872280 Hi ! Na Li I am so glad you like my recipe of the lasagna salmon is my favorite fish so I decided to used in the lasagna witch is also another one of my favorite dishes enjoy.

@Elpicacho42 I love that! Sometimes the best recipes come from using ingredients we personally love. Salmon is also one of my favorites because it’s healthy and delicious. Do you usually prefer cooking Italian dishes, or do you enjoy exploring different cuisines too?
