Air-Fried Pork Spare Ribs

Rub ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and chile ancho.

Air fry at 320°F for 25 minutes.

Mix jugo Maggi, English sauce, soy sauce, lemon preserve, honey, ketchup, BBQ sauce, habanero sauce, and pepper seeds for glaze.

After 25 minutes, glaze ribs with half the sauce.

Roast at 380°F for 5 minutes, glazing with remaining sauce halfway.

Serve over riced cauliflower steamed with turmeric, if desired.
