eggs • oranges, peeled, with all white pith and seeds removed • all-purpose flour (about 200 grams) • olive oil (about 50 grams) • baking powder • Zest from 1 orange • little cinnamon • Fruits of your choice (I used blueberries and raspberries) • date (soaked in hot water)

heavy cream (250 ml) • powdered sugar • vanilla extract (optional) • Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or any other berries you like

rolled oats • chia seeds • almond milk • vanilla sugar or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • fresh blueberries • fresh raspberries • honey • ground cinnamon • sliced almonds

kourabiedes (Greek butter cookies, preferably without almonds) (300 grams) • ground clove • ground cinnamon • cream cheese (such as Philadelphia), at room temperature (400 grams) • sweetened condensed milk • gelatin (about 2 1/2 tsp or 1 packet) (7 grams) • hot water (120 ml) • rose water (120 ml) • Lemon zest • vanilla extract • –7 oz rose petal jam or raspberry jam, or your favorite jam (150–200 grams) • Sprinkles, candy-coated chocolates, or chocolate shavings (optional)
