Mix gram flour,half of salt,half of carrom seeds,2tbsp oil, turmeric powder, kasoori methi,mix well and make a stiff dough.keep aside for 15minutes.

Mix wheat flour, semolina,all purpose flour,salt, carrom seeds,oil,red chilli powder,and make a stiff dough.keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes take balls from both dough.flattern them to make thick chapatis.put 1 chapati on the other one.

Again roll them to make little thin but not se much.roll it in sylender shape.Cut in 1.5"thick ness rings.

Roll in semi thick mathi.prick them with fork.fry in hot oil till golden.Add 8-10 Mathis at one time on medium high flame.
